These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thoughtled.ai, operated by Itsag LLC ("we", "us", "our", or "thoughtled.ai"), located at Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

thoughtled.ai provides AI-powered tools and services designed to support creators, professionals, and organizations in improving their digital presence. Our Services include:

• Other web-based functionality as may be added from time to time

AI-generated content created through our Services is provided "as-is" and you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring its appropriateness before publishing or distribution.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase
• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and any associated data
• You remain liable for any fees or charges incurred prior to termination
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
